Who we treat
Perinatal
Your body goes through incredible changes during pregnancy—but pain doesn’t have to be part of the process. At Breeze, we help you manage back and pelvic pain with expert, personalized care. You’ll also learn effective movement and breathing strategies to support you through labor, delivery, and pushing. And our care doesn’t stop once baby arrives—we can begin working together as early as 1–2 days postpartum to guide your recovery and help you return to the activities you love.
Runners
Do you find yourself leaking or feeling pelvic pain or pressure after a few miles—or even a few steps? You’re not alone, and more importantly, you don’t have to “just deal with it.” Whether you’re eager to return to running after having a baby or want to train with more confidence, you deserve a plan that’s intentional. We’ll address your pelvic floor, core strength, and running mechanics so you can train without fear of leaks or pain holding you back.
Pelvic Pain
Pelvic pain is complex—but with the right hands-on therapies and movement strategies, it can absolutely improve. Often, the source of the pain isn’t where you feel it most. While medications, heat packs, and herbal teas may offer temporary relief, they rarely address the root cause. Let’s work together to uncover what’s really going on and create a plan that moves you forward.
What else do we treat?
Prolapse, urinary incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, pain with intercourse, endometriosis, PCOS, tailbone pain, constipation, bowel incontinence, male pelvic pain, male urinary incontinence
If you don’t see what you are experiencing here, call and ask. If I don’t treat it, I’ll point you in the right direction.
How we treat
Movement analysis
There are so many things we can learn by observing your movement- from the way you are breathing, to your running form. Getting you moving and lifting better will set you on the path to long-term relief.
Hands-on therapy
Sometimes muscles need to be encouraged to just “let go.” We can do this though manual therapy, release work, range of motion, visceral mobilization, abdominal massage, and dry needling.
Exercise prescription
We can work towards a strength and mobility routine, as well as a tailored home exercise plan, accessible through our app!
“I was expecting to have surgery for my rectocele, but my GYN recommended seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist first. I was apprehensive about seeing this type of physical therapist. However, Ashley was so professional, kind and knowledgeable that she quickly put my fears at ease. She took the time to educate me on the anatomy of the pelvic floor, which gave me a greater understanding of what was going on in my body. She did manual physical therapy and prescribed me certain exercises. Then she used dry needling, and that seemed to help a lot. After seeing her for a few months and doing the exercises, my GYN said that the rectocele actually lessened!! She has changed my life for the better. I strongly believe that all women must seek to understand their bodies and try pelvic floor physical therapy before committing to surgery. Ashley is an amazing blessing to my life!

“Ashley is such a kind and gentle spirit and welcomes you with a warm smile. She takes great care of you and educates you along the way. During my time care under her, Ashley was compassionate, took time to listen to my concerns, and I would feel healthier and stronger after each appointment. I have learned so much from Ashley about self care and would highly recommend her.”
